Nomination and Feature Process

By submitting a family nomination, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We will contact nominated families directly before publishing any feature
• Featured families must provide explicit consent before publication
• We may edit or modify submitted content for clarity, length, or appropriateness
• We reserve the right to decline any nomination without explanation

Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Neighborhood website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Neighborhood or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to our website (including nomination forms and stories), you grant Neighborhood a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content in connection with our services.

Featured families retain ownership of their personal photos but grant us permission to use them in their feature story and related promotional materials.

Featured Family Rights

Families who agree to be featured have the following rights:

• Review and approve their story before publication
• Request edits or corrections to their published feature
• Request removal of their feature from the website at any time
• Decline to answer any questions during the feature creation process
• Withdraw consent at any stage before publication
